BIOGRAPHY



Teresa has over 30 years’ experience dealing with residential, rural and commercial property transactions and strives to provide Cobar (and surrounds) with an efficient, effective and excellent service.

Teresa works in both private and government sectors in the advising and carriage of property matters.

Part of Teresa's portfolio includes preparing and advising on leases, licence agreements as well as the sale and purchase of residential and commercial properties and business sales. 

Due to the remote location of Cobar, Teresa regularly deals with NSW Crown Lands and Western Lands Leases and is able to provide advice to her clients on these matters. 

Throughout each transaction Teresa works closely with her clients in advising on contracts, liaising with local Council's and attending to the desired outcome of each respective client.
