BIOGRAPHY



Danielle is an integral member of our Broken Hill office and is a licensed conveyancer with over 7 years experience specialising in seamless property transactions. Her experience encompasses all aspects of conveyancing including residential and commercial property transfers, contract preparation and due diligence. Danielle regularly advises on and navigates complex legal frameworks with her clients and ensures compliance with all legislative requirements. 

Danielle regularly works with and alongside government agencies such as Department of Planning and Environment specifically in relation to crown land leases, western land leases and incomplete purchases. Danielle also regularly advises and is instructed in the preparation of caveats, removal of caveats, advising on encumbrances and licence agreements for her clients in both public and private spheres.
