Charissa is a licensed conveyancer with over 20 years' experience in the NSW conveyancing industry. In addition to this, she also holds an Associate Degree of Law (Paralegal Studies) (majoring in conveyancing) from Southern Cross University. 

Previous owner of Broken Hill Conveyancing Charissa has continued to work with Silkman Austen Brown as a licensed conveyancer and paralegal and is an integral part of our team. Charissa holds extensive and in-depth experience with multiple facets of conveyancing including but not limited to residential and commercial property, rural property, subdivisions, consolidations, commercial and retail leases and transfers. 

Charissa takes pride in providing clients with an extensive collection of conveyancing services, carefully tailored to simplify the process of buying or selling property.
